1. What we save
When you sign up, we save your email, display name, and a hashed password. Artists also share a short bio, statement, location, any social links, and the artwork they upload. Buyers add a shipping address at checkout. Card details are never seen by us — they go straight to our payment partners.
2. How we use it
We use this data to run the marketplace — list artworks, process orders, pay artists, send receipts and shipping updates, and keep your account working. We never sell or rent your data.
3. Payment details
Card payments are handled by Stripe and SSL Commerz. Card numbers never touch our servers. We only keep an order reference and the payment status (paid, refunded, etc.) that those services send back.
4. Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. No ad cookies, no third-party trackers.
5. Your choices
You can update your profile or remove saved artworks anytime. To delete your account, write to hello@akivuki.com. We'll reply within seven days.
