Shipping
How original art reaches you.
1. Who ships
Every artwork on Akivuki is shipped directly by the artist who made it. We don't hold inventory — each piece leaves the studio packed by the person who painted it.
2. When it ships
Most originals are dispatched within 3–7 working days of payment. Limited editions and prints may take up to 10 working days while the artist prepares the piece. You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment the artist hands it to the courier.
3. Within Bangladesh
Domestic deliveries arrive in 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the artist's city. Shipping is calculated per artwork by the artist based on size, fragility, and destination — you'll see the exact amount at checkout.
4. International orders
For deliveries outside Bangladesh, expect 7–21 working days depending on destination and customs. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility — they are not included in the price you see on Akivuki.
5. Packaging
Originals on canvas ship rolled in a hard tube for sizes above 24 inches; smaller originals and framed work ship flat in corrugated, double-walled cartons with corner protection. Every artwork is wrapped in acid-free tissue and bubble before it goes into the outer box.
6. If something arrives damaged
Photograph the package and the artwork before unwrapping fully, then email hello@akivuki.com within 48 hours of delivery. See our refund & returns policy for what happens next.
