Refunds & Returns
Original art is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Please read carefully before buying.
1. Damaged in transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, email hello@akivuki.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer package, the internal wrapping, and the damage itself. We'll either arrange a full refund or, if possible, a replacement/repair with the artist.
2. Wrong item received
On the rare occasion an artist ships the wrong piece, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or arrange the correct artwork to be sent.
3. Change of mind
Originals and limited editions are not returnable for change of mind — every piece is unique and the artist has already incurred packing and shipping costs. We encourage you to read the artwork description, view all images, and ask the artist through the contact page before purchasing.
Open-edition prints can be returned for change of mind within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in resaleable condition. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
4. Order cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before the artist marks it as shipped. Once shipped, the change-of-mind rules above apply.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method (card, bKash, Nagad, etc.). Domestic refunds usually clear within 5–7 working days; international card refunds may take up to 14 working days depending on your bank.
6. Disputes
If you and the artist can't reach an outcome you're both comfortable with, Akivuki will step in to mediate. Email hello@akivuki.com with your order number and we'll respond within 3 working days.
